Hereafter Ghana Registers 279 more Children on NHIS

Expanding Access to Healthcare: 279 more Children enrolled in NHIS at Cheshe community Cheshe, a community located within the Tamale Metropolis was selected as a key beneficiary site of Hereafter Ghana One Child One NHIS cards. This project facilitated the registration of 279 children women and the aged onto the NHIS to benefit from Free primary Healthcare. This project seeks to bridge the gap in healthcare accessibility, especially for children, women and the aged in the rural communities. This brings the total number to 6,646 since the inception of One Child One NHIS card. For us at Hereafter Ghana, we believe that financial constraint should not be a barrier for one to access good and quality healthcare.
